ACTION CONGO POOL, INC

Explanatory Memorandum

Despite its enormous human potential and its innumerable natural resources, the Pool remains a department whose heritage awash in a decrepit unspeakable. Over the years the economic and sociocultural Pool has continued to deteriorate. The healthcare and education infrastructures almost nonexistent at the early time have become obsolete when they have not disappeared. In recent years, the number of children not in school went to expand, thereby endangering the future of the department and therefore the country.
Today more than ever, the complexity of the catastrophic situation that has plagued the department call on everyone. Pool Diaspora scattered around the world has an important role to play in the multifaceted crisis that has rocked the department. Hence the initiative to create the Association referred to as Congo
