Fired Clay Brickmaking Unit in Pool
This project offers alternative solutions to housing and social living conditions, by appealing to techniques that use local materials. The production of fired brick and other materials will sustain the self construction recovery in Pool especially building up houses, schools, community clinics, etc.
Art and Business Institute in Pool
The Art and Business Institute is part of the plan of action of the participatory appraisal defined by the people of Pool. Its purpose is to deal with illiteracy and idleness of children in Pool. The Institute will helps to trainees to master academic and vocational skills, and to learn businesses that will allow them to be competitive on technical job marketplace or to create their own small businesses.
Forestation and Fruit Arboriculture in Pool
Taking in account, on one hand, the will of the people to revive agricultural activities, and on the other hand, their experience on fruit arboriculture and on gardening, Action Congo-Pool, Inc, kicks off the reforestation project in Pool and engage the Diaspora to recreate rural forests, orchards and gardens in Pool.

The current Pool existing since the creation of the Republic of the Congo on 28 November 1958 has been amended several times. So far it is limited to the north by the Department of Plateaux in the east by the Congo River, south and west by the Departments of Bouenza and Lékoumou. It is divided into 13 districts: Boko, Igné, Kimba, Kindamba, Kinkala, Louingui, Loumo, Mayama, Mbandza-Ndounga, Mindouli, Ngaba, Ngoma Tsé-Tsé and Vinza.
